About the All Hands Football Academy

The history of All Hands Football Academy

At All Hands Football Academy, we believe football can transform lives—but not every child has access to that opportunity. Our mission is to empower children in Sierra Leone through the beautiful game, helping them build confidence, character, and a sense of belonging. We are committed to creating lasting impact by ensuring every child—regardless of background or financial status—can experience the joy of sport, gain essential life skills, and dream beyond their circumstances. Through grassroots training, personal development workshops, and the dedication of local coaches and mentors, we are building a future where greatness is defined not by privilege, but by passion and potential.
