About the All Hands Football Academy
At All Hands Football Academy, we believe football can transform lives—but not every child has access to that opportunity. Our mission is to empower children in Sierra Leone through the beautiful game, helping them build confidence, character, and a sense of belonging. We are committed to creating lasting impact by ensuring every child—regardless of background or financial status—can experience the joy of sport, gain essential life skills, and dream beyond their circumstances. Through grassroots training, personal development workshops, and the dedication of local coaches and mentors, we are building a future where greatness is defined not by privilege, but by passion and potential.
Dauda Kargbo was born on March 22, 1987, in Sierra Leone. From an early age, he developed a deep love for football, dreaming of using the sport to unite communities and inspire youth.
Growing up in Sierra Leone, Dauda began to realize football’s potential to change lives. He played with friends, honing his skills while understanding the challenges faced by young athletes in his community.
Having moved to the UK, Dauda continued to pursue his passion for football. He saw the opportunity to build a future not only for himself but for children in Sierra Leone who lacked access to proper training and resources.
On May 17th, 2024, Dauda’s vision came to life when All Hands Football Academy opened its doors. With donated gear and training kits, the academy welcomed its first group of young athletes, ranging from 5 to 16 years old.
Your support creates opportunities for growth, education, and community development through the beautiful game.
